EXPERIENCED
Bruce Armistead of ProjectNegotiate™, LLC is a certified PMI Project Management Professional, PMP, with over 25 years experience in managing and directing real estate, construction and acquisition projects.
Bruce Armistead began his professional career as a Superintendent Trainee and has advanced through the ranks of Construction Manager, Project Manager, Construction Engineer, Director of Real Estate & Construction, and Deal-Maker. Companies that he has worked for include: U S Home Corp, The Hunnington Group, NPC International, GCO Carpet Outlets, Bruno’s Supermarkets, Kinko’s, PJ America, and Alimentation Couche-Tard. He and his wife Christy own ProjectNegotiate™, LLC.
PREPARED
Bruce Armistead has tutored negotiation and project management skills in Europe and North America.
He is on track to complete a Masters of Business Administration and holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, along with interim Postgraduate Certificates in Negotiation and Organisational Behaviour.
From 2008 – 2009 he was the Vice-President of Professional Development for the Birmingham Chapter of the Project Management Institute.

The Negotiate Workshops were developed by Gavin Kennedy (BA, MSc, PHD). He is one of the world’s most recognized leaders in negotiation research. Professor Kennedy was Director of Defense Finance in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Heriot-Watt University, and Professor of Economics at Strathclyde University. Professor Kennedy authored the textbooks Negotiation, and Strategic Negotiation for the MBA and DBA programs of the Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. His best-selling books and textbooks on negotiation have been translated into many languages including Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, Greek, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, and Swedish.
