Awarding continuing education credits vary.  Please follow the guidelines of your organization when calculating CE's, CEU's, CEH's, CLE's, Contact Hours, CPE's, PDU's, etc. Snack and lunch breaks are not included in the calculation. We will maintain CEU records in conformance to the guidelines as stated by the American Council on Education.



At ProjectNegotiate™, we specialize in providing our superior Workshops for businesses and professional chapters and their members who need continuing education hours to maintain a current professional certification and/or those who desire to improve their negotiation skills. We have an extensive inventory of professionally developed cases, exercises and simulations to choose from to prepare a new and unique workshop for each event. No two workshops are alike.

Our Workshops are intensive and include case studies, exercises and simulations targeted for specific functional areas. ProjectNegotiate™ conducts a pre-event interview with the chapter or company training officer before selecting simulations and exercises in order to suit the needs and circumstances of the group.  In other words, the exercises we use for the Human Resource specialist may differ from the exercises used for Accountants or Purchasing Managers, while Project Managers will work an assortment of exercises that cross over many functional areas.

All of our Workshops are customized to meet your needs. We are not a public workshop for the masses.

We believe that the ProjectNegotiate™ Workshops and Seminars are the best value available today. We keep the overhead low and focus on skilled delivery. Most organizations already have access to suitable meeting rooms either at no cost or at a reduced rate, so it is cost efficient for everyone when you host the Workshop at a place your members are already comfortable. Together, we can decide how to handle snack breaks and lunch in a way that is most appropriate to the venue and for your members.

Your team members will benefit from carefully constructed curricula, as well as true-to-life application of skills learned via realistic situational exercises. And, you obtain those continuing education hours critical to maintaining your professional certification.

There is a varied mixture of activities including:
Group and Individual exercises.
Simulations to practice negotiating skills.
Question and answer sessions, as well as opportunities to discuss individual negotiation experiences.

 


Facility Requirements

ALL ProjectNegotiate™ Workshops and Seminars:

  • Shall be held in a facility that is conducive to learning and that meet  ADA accessibility standards.
  • Require an OHP, screen, flip charts, and markers or dry erase board, and   a DVD player. ProjectNegotiate™ can provide all of this, but your permanent equipment is usually fine.
  • Require a good line of sight to the OH projection and chart board.
  • Require a writing surface and comfortable chair for each delegate.
  • Require a minimum of two rooms of sufficient size to accommodate breakouts and  divisions of delegates organized into syndicates to conduct practice negotiations and other course work.
